
Affiliate Manager – Lead Generation (Remote)

This MASTERI is on the hunt for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to join the remote team. You’ll work alongside experienced leadership in a high-growth environment, managing sensitive verticals like Insurance, Home Improvements, Loans, Pay Per Call etc. This is a high-impact role with full ownership over your affiliate portfolio and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our growth trajectory.

What You Will Do
● Own and manage affiliate relationships (focus on direct publishers, not networks)
● Launch, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns
● Drive high-quality traffic to sensitive verticals using strategic acquisition tactics
● Analyze campaign metrics (ROI, EPC, conversion rates) and proactively improve
performance
● Work closely with internal team to implement optimizations and ensure revenue
goals are met
● Deliver regular performance reports using tools like MS Excel and Google Docs
● Stay on top of industry trends and identify new traffic opportunities
● Represent the company at key events and conferences
What You Bring
Experience and Skills:
● 2+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally in LeadGen verticals (Insurance, Home
● Improvements, Loans, Pay Per Call)
● Proven success working with direct publishers (not affiliate networks)
● Solid understanding of payment models: CPL, CPA, CPS, and ability to evaluate ROI
● Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (Affise, Everflow), postbacks, and tracking links
● Confident analyzing campaign data and making optimization decisions
Technical Proficiency:
● Comfortable using Excel and Google Docs for reporting and analysis
● Familiar with affiliate campaign tools, data flows, and partner integrations
Communication and Culture Fit:
● Fluent in English (written and spoken); extra languages are a plus
● Strong communicator and team player with a commercial mindset
● Proactive, organized, and thrives in a remote-first environment
● Can build rapport quickly and maintain long-term affiliate relationships
